Family Practice Associates of Lexington, PSC (“FPA”) has been in active negotiations with Anthem BCBS of Kentucky (“Anthem”) since April 2024. If we are unable to reach an agreement with Anthem, FPA will be out of network after March 3, 2025.
We desire to reach an agreement so that FPA may continue to participate in network with Anthem. We will be updating this site as more information becomes available in the coming weeks.
